An Update To Our Policies On Nudity And Sexual Content.

Po$t | CR Social Platform Update: Nudity and Sexual Content Policies

Dear CR Social Community,

We're informing you of some updates to our Community Guidelines, specifically regarding our policies on Nudity and Sexual Content. These changes apply to various content forms on our platform, mostly in the forum main, including po$ted messages, po$t$, as well as videos, links, images, comments, community po$t$, and anything else in your po$t$/posts.

What's Changing:

Where We Are More Permissive:

1. Sex and Nudity in Well Known Entertainment World Wide: We're allowing more leeway for content from TV shows, movies, and other fictional settings. Non-graphic scenes or the appearance of sexual items in scripted content may no longer be age-restricted, provided they are not too sexually explicit, are not pornography/from porn sites, and are well known and our moderators/team approves of it. This topic is more limited, as you have to provide three disclaimers in your po$t$. 1 Selecting the spoiler alert on all photos and videos you upload, which is the settings we have. 2 Put a warning with a icon in your title saying "18+" or "sexually explicit" etc. 3, bury the content deeper in your po$t by leaving spaces so it cannot show to people just scrolling in the feed because the spoiler/blur warning feature does not show until the po$t is clicked on.

2. Sex and Nudity in Educational Content: Educational content pertaining to safe sex tutorials or product reviews may feature sex toys, but not in a sexually explicit manner. We aim to balance educational value with content guidelines. Tutorials for body care and genital health is allowed, as long as presented in a educational non phonographic style, sexual stigma style. E.g. (how to shave, how to take care of, what to do if, does this really work, men genital care, women genital care, genital health care, how to put on a condom etc. These are general ideas as sexual health can range, but if we feel even if you did not mean to break this policy and change, but if your educational content goes to far, or is not really education, and just showing nudity for no reason, we will take action and take down your po$t.

Age verification: We can and will require age verification sometimes if we feel a po$t does not meet our and the law of age 18+ for sexual content of any type. If you fail to verify your age in your contact/email contact system, whether id, or give fake credentials, you will be banned, and potentially reported to government organizations.

Where We Are More Restrictive:

1. Sexual Sounds in Content: We are now more effectively identify and address content like ASMR with sexually gratifying audio. ASMR videos featuring sexual sounds may be restricted, require you to blur the video on po$t™ load, and upload a blank thumbnail, along with the steps listed above in 1, or it could be entirely removed. E.g. if we feel your po$t$ including something like a video, photo, embed, or something along the lines that we find violates or meets our 18+/age restricted po$t criteria, we will contact you, message your account, and likely make you take action on your po$t$ by us requiring you to blur your content, and put a disclaimer in the title & or top of your po$t/the start of your content, along with in some cases us requiring you to braying your explicit content in your po$t, so it does not show up on the feed/homepage unless you click to full screen the po$t. In most cases we will either make you mark it as a spoiler and add a disclaimer with a warming emoji or "!", or delete it/remove it temporarily/suspend it.

2. Sexually Explicit Images: We will fully enforce policies on images such as thumbnails, avatars, banners, and posts that display sexually explicit content, including nudity, unwanted sexualization, and sex acts.

3. General pornographic content: trying to be tricky with our rules and go around them, along with a absolute 0 tolerance policy for child sexual content ever. If you do not follow these rules, or we feel what you have po$ted does not match our policies and intent of this change, we will and can take your po$t down even without notice, with out offering you to change or fix your po$t, and more etc.

4. Use of Sex Toys: Videos depicting the use of sex toys remain not allowed.

The intent of this policy change is to allow more mature content, but not to at all be come a pornographic platform. The sharing of some classics movie or show scenes is what can bring people together, along with educating people and the proper sex education content can really help people if not abused, and if everyone follows this policy. I will remind you, just to make it very clear again, if you want to show a scene from a decently well known movie with nudity, if it is not a straight sex or porn scene, or as long as it is not from a porn website/a literally porno or sex/porn video, than in most cases it should follow this new change/policy in our TOS and be allowed. Educational content as long as it's actually to educate, and not undercover for a porno or promotion to a third party porn site etc., it is good to teach good sex education practices as long as done correctly and enforced correctly! Additional Reminders:

• Links: Directing users, verbally or through links, to websites with explicit content violates our guidelines.

• Enforcement: Creators won't receive a suspension/ban in "most" instances, for content removed due to policy violations if uploaded before this policy update effective 3/2/24. This is also as long as you co-operate and do as we say if you receive a violation hit & we contact you about this etc.

An obvious note: all people/humans, even if art, AI a concept etc., & whatever is uploaded in your content being in the content that is po$ted that is explicit/pornographic & made content, must be at least 18 in age or older. If not, this would qualify for. Child, porn “CP” and we would have to report it and all of your info to the government & legal action would take place as this is so serious.
