Purchaser Terms Agreement for cashrichard.com and app Verified Pink Subscription/pink™ subscription™

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of cashrichard.com's Verified Pink™ Subscription™ service (the "Service"). By purchasing a subscription to the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Subscription Fees and Renewal (a) The subscription fee for the Service is as stated on the cashrichard.com website/and app but mostly site etc. (b) The subscription will automatically renew on the monthly or yearly anniversary date of the subscription purchase, as applicable, unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date. (c) CashRichard.com reserves the right to change the subscription fee for the Service at any time, and will provide you with notice of any fee increase at least 15 days sometimes as short as a full week/7 days exact but this more rare, in advance.

2. Payment (a) You must provide a valid payment method to purchase the Service. (b) You authorize CashRichard.com to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service. (c) If your payment method fails or your account is past due, cashrichard.com may take steps to collect past due amounts, including but not limited to, charging other payment methods on file with us and/or suspending or cancelling your subscription.

3. Refunds (a) All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. 4. Use of the Service (a) The Service is for your personal and non-commercial use only. (b) You may not resell or transfer your subscription to any other person or entity. (c) You may not use the Service in any manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third party right.

5. Changes to the Service and Agreement (a) cashrichard.com may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice. (b) cashrichard.com may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the CashRichard.com website. Your continued use of the Service after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.

6. Termination (a) cashrichard.com may terminate your subscription and this Agreement at any time for any reason, with or without notice. (b) Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability (a) cashrichard.com and/app sometimes and/to is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if CashRichard.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. (b) cashrichard.com's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Governing Law and Venue This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of [state], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States Of America, or and/USA, Illinois.
