To ensure that our members meet the age requirement, we ask for their date of birth during the sign-up process. We rely on our members/you and accounts weather public or private online or app, but mostly online as that's pretty much the only way/easy wat and the customize and sign up/in etc. as the app is limited, to provide accurate information about their age, but we understand that mistakes can happen. If we discover that a member has provided false information about their age, we will take swift action to suspend or ban their account. We will not take the worst measure first but simply contact but if the birth date is way out of place then we will not bother and just ban or suspend as there is and could be a lot of accounts and/like this. So pleased don't do this and or make us/me do this. If you feel you where wrongfully banned or cant access your account etc. visit the about us page drop down and click on the right support page/members support page/articles/blog page that will give you the information on what to do next etc. But if you know you where banned or suspended for a reason don't bother please.
