    LOST OR STOLEN PAKAGES Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package. If you do contact us via our two emails, or contact us page, we can ask for some pictures, and a few other things/requirements, and contact our shipper, and see what they can do, and if you meet the requirements for any compensation/refund, or if its your damage, and not the shipper or our fault. You must contact us within 48 hours of your delivery for damaged or stolen packages so we can try to resolve this with the shipper, and if the shipper cannot help in most cases for stolen packages there is nothing we can do. For lost packages we can usually get help from the shipper that we used if you meet our contact requirements, and provide a and the correct tracking information on your order, and as long as the tracking page still works from the shippers side, then there is a high chance for compensation. No guarantees as this is the shippers fault. Once again, we will do everything in our power to help you. We and the shipper can usual resolve issues like this as long as your honest, meet our requirements, and a few other things time wise etc. We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse, or our third part company's warehouse in most cases. This will lower the chance for anything like this to happen, and if we or the shipper cant help, this will lower the chance of you getting screwed over in rare cases. If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance first. We only see what the tracking page says, BUT your local post office can give you more information. If there is no longer viable tracking information due to a significant time lapse, we are unable to assist. We don't mean to sound harsh we just want to make our legal standpoint clear. Obviously if there is a clear error contact within the delivery window provided above in the paragraph/text, and we will see if you meet the requirement for something/support/compensation and this could also be from the shipper company to. We recognize that although our products have extremely high customer satisfaction, there is not one product that works for everyone. You may also just decide you don't want our product anymore and ask for a refund or return or exchange because we can do this under the circumstances above, and that you and your product meet the requirements. You contact us, you understand you might have to pay for shipping, and will be sent an invoice before your shipping instructions, or label, or just asked to pay yourself and send it in yourself with your own label from one of the three company's we choose, and you will have to provide picture proof, original boxing proof, and a picture of the product in the original boxing unopened and with the original box in sight, but we will email instructions if you contact us for a request at our 2 emails. You will have to ship the product back with the instructions we email you after you contact us, and once we receive it after giving you a label, or instructions on where to ship it to, who to ship it with etc., we will verify your product meets our requirements above and let you know if you get your refund. If you don't meet it you will be sent back your product, and an invoice to pay for both shipping directions. This goes for every single item even online on our site. If you are not home to receive your package and you contact us a few days late, then we will review the situation, let us know via email because we will check and ask, and we will device how many days outside the 48 hour period it is, and if it is fair, and if we can still help you. We can reject any request for refunds even during the contact periods. This is due to the shipping carrier being at fault, but we will do anything in our power to help you and make your order right in most cases. General Payment Policies: As of now, Po$t, CRS does not provide monetary compensation for user activities, including those with badges, verified badges, or "creator" status. This would be for member/creator/company ads who have advertised with us strictly, and not Google ads. This would be to compensate you some of the money for the ad being in your replies section, depending on if you are a creator with us, how many views your po$t have, followers, etc. Depending on how much the creator/member has spent on their advertising, how many po$t$ they have decided to put it on, and how long it has been on yours and how successful it went. E.g. a creator/company spends $250 boosting/advertising their po$t, or video/website link, they choose your po$t comments, and 1 other, you would likely get $5 - $50 just for that one ad. All depending, if the advertiser did not switch the po$t$ they wanted it on, with the 2 po$t limit, and for the most part they have no limit on switching which po$t$ comment/replies section to put it on during there ad time. But for now they will just be in some comments/replies on po$t$ without compensation, but we hope to have a system for this in the future for members/creators who are under the creator status, with certain badges, & po$t$/profiles in which meet the advertisers liking.
